We had a relatively good trading month with $1,820.55 net profit, or 6.9% equity growth. It is interesting, however, that we that we made this profit with only three positions. This confirms the effectiveness of our risk mitigating strategy, where we take fewer, but higher probability trades.

Strong Breakout

June 8, 2013
We had a strong breakout last week and we captured profit in two stages. We closed larger part of our position at the Cam H4 level and we let a smaller part of our position to run well beyond Cam H5 level.  We closed on Friday with an overall profit of $792.10. Overall, good trading week, with 2.9% equity growth!

In April 2013 we had a first serious loss in the last three years. We lost $3,812, but for a really annoying reason. Anyway we have recomposed ourselves and we are trading back!

1st Quarter 2013

We had a very slow 1st quarter of 2013, with equity growth of 8.8%, or profit of $2,391. This is rather pedestrian performance, but we were rather busy in the office with little time to analyse the markets and trade. See equity growth histogram below.
